It has been a big few weeks of exploring, relaxing, recharging and reassessing. Travel is a trigger that stimulates my mind; inspiring new ideas, shifting stagnant ones, offering up a newfound sense of confidence and feeling comfortable in my own skin. It brings back a sense of playfulness and intrigue, and reignites creativity.

I spent the vast majority of June and first half of July traveling through Denmark, England, Greece, Italy, and Bali. Engaging with the different cultures, landscapes, architecture and nature. Re-learning to enjoy and embrace the unexpected rather than focusing on a rigid routine. Spending time with family, old friends, new friends, and my partner Tom. Visiting architectural delights, sitting for conversations with talented designers, exploring new creative corners of the world. What a trip.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing conversations with designers and brands I was fortunate to connect with on my travels, new ‘Design Lover’ city guides, and snippets of projects I’ve been part of as well as glimpses of what’s to come. I’m excited for the next few months!
