RECIPE: APPLE & PEAR CROSTATA


Ingredients

Raw Sugar

3 x apples

2 x pears

1 x lemon

Short Crust Pastry

Method

Roll out the pastry and add to a baking paper lined pie dish. Slice seasonal fruit and arrange in the dish. Squeeze lemon over the fruit, and fold the edges of the pastry over to make a crust. brush the pastry crust with milk, then sprinkle a generous amount of raw sugar over the whole dish. Bake on 180 degrees (C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm. Add a spoonful of natural yoghurt if you wish!
